We are searching for a new M&A Analyst join Orica’s global Development team. Our Development team exists to support and drive critical corporate decisions and acquisition and divestment opportunities. This exciting and very rare opportunity will support the Manager – Growth with the analysis of business performance, identification of execution opportunities and supporting business units in execution of transactions.
In this critical role, you will be responsible for creating value by structuring, modelling and presenting proposed investments to senior decision makers including our Executive Committee, CEO and Board of Directors. To be successful in the role, you will bring a background in M&A from an industry or investment banking background and have a strong commercial acumen and numerical skills.
